The Primacoustic IsoTools CrashGuard is designed to shield a drum microphone & attenuate the sound of cymbals during recording. Small enough so that it will not get in the way & durable enough to sustain repeated hits from an aggressive drummer! The outer shell is made from high density ABS plastic that fits snugly on a standard microphone boom stand using the mic clip to hold it in place. The inside is coated with high density open cell foam to reduce internal reflections. Two sizes available to fit most mics.
