RDL TX-PSD1 Paging Sound Detector Switching Functions Controlled by Speaker Level Source - Power Supply Included Feature

  • Switching Functions Controlled by Speaker-Level Source.
  • Input Accepts Amplified Constant Voltage Signals.
  • Switch-Selectable Input 25 V, 70 V, 100 V.
  • 25 Volt Input Also Accepts 8 Inputs up to 75 Watts.
  • Transformer-Isolated Input.
The TXPSD1 is the ideal choice in many applications where switching needs to be controlled from a constantvoltage amplified audio source. The module will trigger on any program material, with paging sources being the most common. The TXPSD1 provides an open-collector SLAVE output to control other modules or equipment when a paging signal is detected. The amplified audio source is connected using a detachable terminal block. A front-panel switch is provided to select the source type 25 V, 70 V or 100 V. The 25 V setting may be used for an 8 ohm, 75 Watt maximum, amplified source. Input sensitivity is adjusted on a singleturn trimmer. In the clockwise position, the SENSITIVITY trigger threshold is 30 dB below the switchselected constant voltage. A red LED illuminates whenever the audio level exceeds the trigger threshold, facilitating the sensitivity adjustment. The module is triggered when the audio exceeds the threshold and it remains triggered for a defined time duration after the audio falls below the threshold. This DELAY is adjustable from 3 to 25 seconds using a front-panel trimmer. Adjustment is simplified by a green LED that remains illuminated while the module is triggered. The SLAVE terminal may be used as either an input or output control terminal. When the module is triggered, the SLAVE terminal is internally pulled to ground through an open collector. If the TXPSD1 SLAVE terminal is externally pulled to ground through a switch or the opencollector terminal of another RDL module, the relay will energize until the terminal is released. A blue POWER LED illuminates when the TXPSD1 is powered from an external 24 Vdc power supply. Use the TXPSD1 to control RDL modules or other equipment with ground activated control inputs that permit a 24 V pull up. - Power Supply Included

RDL HR-DSX4 Digital Audio Selector, LED Buttons, AES-3ID Output, 110 Ohms 192 kHz - Power Supply Included Feature

  • 4 x 1 Digital Audio Selection with Signal Reclocking.
  • Each Input AESEBU, Coaxial or Optical SPDIF.
  • Output AESEBU, Coaxial or Optical SPDIF.
  • Format Conversion for Selected Output Format.
  • Operation Up to 24 bits, 192 kHz.
The HR-DSX4 is the ideal choice in installations requiring high quality source selection between digital audio signals. Solidstate switching is used to select one of four inputs. Each input may be fed through one of three jacks SPDIF optical, SPDIF coaxial or AESEBU. The output is switch-selectable to provide an AESEBU, SPDIF coaxial, SPDIF optical or AES3ID output. The switch enables the appropriate output jack and any required electrical and data format conversion. The AESEBU inputs and output are 110ohms terminated the SPDIF coaxial and AES-3ID signals connect through 75ohms terminated phono jacks. RDLs proprietary Sure-Lok auto recovery supervision monitors possible causes of latchup and reinitiates signal lock to provide highly stable operation in the variety of conditions encountered in professional environments. The front panel features four high reliability, keyboardstyle source selection push buttons with corresponding LEDs. Upon selecting a source, the LED lights if a valid input is present otherwise it flashes. If the button for a selected source is pushed again, all inputs are turned off. A front-panel localremote switch enables either the frontpanel buttons or the rearpanel remote control terminals provided on detachable terminal blocks. In the REMOTE mode, inputs are selected by an external switch or opencollector closure to ground, which may be momentary or continuous. When a source is selected, the HR-DSX4 provides a 50 mA opencollector output to control other equipment or modules. The HR-DSX4 is powered from 24 Vdc, which may be connected through the detachable terminal block or through the dc power jack. A frontpanel power switch is provided. - Power Supply Included

RDL TX-LC2 Audio Combiner Mix 2 Unbalanced Audio Signals to Mono Balanced, Output Gain Trim - Power Supply Included Feature

  • Mix 2 Unbalanced Audio Signals to Mono Balanced.
  • Combine Stereo Into Mono with Balanced Output.
  • Output Gain Trim.
  • Isolation Between Inputs.
  • Unbalanced to Balanced Conversion.
The TXLC2 is the ideal choice in installations requiring the active, isolated mixing of two unbalanced linelevel audio sources to feed a balanced or unbalanced audio line. The input circuits are high-impedance, linelevel 10 dBV and are each isolated from each other. Therefore the modules may be used to bridge an unbalanced stereo source without affecting the stereo separation. The output from the TXLC2 is a mono mix of the stereo signal. Gain of the combined signals is adjustable from unity to 14 dB. The TXLC2 may also be used to mix two separate sources into a single output. The mixing circuit in the module is an active summing amplifier. The input connectors make connection of the TXLC2 easy. The gain range makes the TXLC2 ideally suited to any installation where a balanced mono signal is needed from a stereo unbalanced source, particularly lowoutput consumer products such as certain televisions. - Power Supply Included
